Reservation Conditions

Pick It Cook It – Moroccan Cooking Classes

1. Booking & Availability

All experiences are available by advance reservation only.
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Some experiences may have limited daily capacity to ensure quality and intimacy.

2. Minimum Participants

Cook it – Moroccan Cooking Class: minimum 4 persons
Pick it Cook it – Moroccan Cooking Class: minimum 4 persons
Fish Pick Cook – Moroccan Cooking Class: minimum 6 persons

If the minimum number is not reached, we may propose:

A rescheduled date
A private option (upon request)
Or an alternative experience

3. Confirmation & Payment

A reservation is confirmed once full payment or a deposit is received.
Payment can be made:
- In advance (online, if available)
- Or on site (cash), depending on confirmation terms
Prices are per person and include all elements mentioned in each experience description.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the experience.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
In case of late arrival, the experience duration may be shortened without refund.

5. Changes & Modifications

Date or time changes are subject to availability.
Any modification request must be communicated as early as possible.

6. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.
We do our best to accommodate requests when informed in advance.

7. Ingredients & Seasonality

All experiences are based on fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.
For seafood experiences, fish selection depends on season and market availability.

8. Weather Conditions

Experiences may be adapted in case of bad weather, without affecting the quality or core content of the activity.
No refunds will be issued for weather-related adaptations.

9. Location & Access

Experiences take place in the Mnar area, Tangier.
Exact location details are shared after booking confirmation.
Transportation or pickup options may be available upon request.

10. Experience Upgrade

Any experience may be upgraded to a more immersive option (Signature or Fish Pick Cook), subject to availability.

We are at 06 Rue Chorfa Jdid, in the heart of Tangier’s Old Medina, just minutes from the Kasbah, Grand Socco, and the Strait of Gibraltar viewpoints.

What a unique experience! Unlike other cooking classes, Pick It Cook It has you harvest your own herbs and vegetables straight from their organic garden before you even step into the kitchen. Baking bread in a traditional wood-fired oven and cooking in a panoramic glass kitchen overlooking the Mediterranean made it feel like a real farm-to-table experience, not just a tourist activity. The ingredients genuinely tasted better knowing we'd picked them ourselves that same morning. A fantastic, authentic way to connect with northern Moroccan cuisine and culture. highly recommend!
