Plant It & Taste It is a relaxing garden workshop in Tangier where guests discover Moroccan herbs, traditional planting methods, and the art of preparing authentic Moroccan mint tea.
Begin with a guided walk through our kitchen garden and discover seasonal herbs, fresh mint, lemon verbena, and traditional Moroccan plants. Guests take part in a hands-on planting activity, learn about our ancestral well Lbir, and harvest fresh herbs directly from the garden.
After the garden workshop, join our chef for a Moroccan tea masterclass. Learn how to prepare mint tea the traditional way, select the right herbs, brew the tea correctly, and create the famous Moroccan tea foam known as Regga.
The experience ends with a peaceful tasting moment, where guests enjoy their handmade tea with freshly prepared Moroccan pastries in a natural garden atmosphere.
